Keep your day when customers walk in
When you work for yourself, customers often decide how the day goes. Brizemi builds the plan around your shop hours or your client calls, and rearranges the rest when something comes up.

The day slipped a little. Want me to rescue it?

Sound familiar?
- An order that came in as a voice message only comes back to you in the evening.
- Once the lunchtime rush starts, the jobs you planned stay half done.
- Invoices, quotes and things for your accountant pile up for the weekend.
How Brizemi helps
- Dump
Say the order or your to-dos in your own words; Brizemi turns them into cards and catches times like "picking it up at 5".
- Realistic day
In Settings → Shop mode, enter your opening and closing times and your rush hours; on open days the plan fits your shop hours and keeps the rush clear.
- Rescue
When it gets busy out of nowhere, pick Busy shop from the status chip; Brizemi keeps that time clear and plans around it. Setting a status and Rescue are free.
- Steps, routines and repeats
Add the items of an order as steps inside the card and tick them off as you pack. Ready routines like Open up and Count the till come as repeats; repeats are Pro.
- Day templates
With Pro, save a day that went well as a template and set up another day the same way in one tap.
Whether you run a shop or freelance, the real work is your customers, and the plan has to fit between them. The morning starts quietly, then an order, a phone call or a queue arrives, and the small jobs slide to the evening, and from there to the weekend.
In Brizemi you say the order from a voice message in your own words, and it becomes a card with its time. With Shop mode on, open days are planned within your shop hours and the rush stays clear. Client calls on your calendar stay where they are, and the work fits between them.
If it suddenly gets busy, pick Busy shop from the status chip or tap Rescue. Fixed times stay put, Could things step aside, and they wait in Parked for a quieter day.

Questions people ask
What happens on days the shop is closed?
Shop mode doesn't apply on closed days; Brizemi plans that day around your own day hours.
Can my assistant or partner see the same plan?
No. Brizemi doesn't ask for an account and everything stays on your phone, so the plan is just for you.
My client calls are on my calendar. Will they move?
No. Brizemi only reads the events on your calendar and never moves them. Rescue only rearranges the things Brizemi placed.
