A day that fits around your calendar, with room to breathe
Brizemi places your things inside your day hours, around the events on your calendar, with breathing room between them. If something won't fit, it tells you up front.
Today
Thursday 3 Dec
An example from the app's screen.
How it works
- 1
Dump what's on your mind and sort the cards into Must, Could and Park.
- 2
Tap Fit into my day; Brizemi places your must-dos first, around your calendar events, with breathing room.
- 3
Look over the draft and tap Looks good. To change something, tap Back to cards.
What it does
- Builds the plan around the events on your calendar.
- Leaves breathing room inside and between things; on Usual the day is 70% full at most.
- Places must-dos first; Could things go in if they fit, and the rest waits in Parked.
- Uses the times you said and the lengths you picked as they are.
- Says up front when the day overflows: "3 things won't fit today. Park which?"
What it doesn't do
- Move your calendar events, tea breaks or prayer times.
- Put anything outside your day hours.
- Apply the plan until you tap Looks good.
Most plans are built as if every task will take exactly as long as you guessed. But things usually take longer, meetings end late, and you need a moment between two tasks. A plan packed to the minute falls apart at the first delay. That's why Brizemi leaves some of the day open from the start, and tells you what won't fit while the plan is being built, not at the end of the day.
Is it free?
Free
- Your first plan
- Reading your calendar, and breathing room
- Adding things one by one into today's open gaps
With Pro
- A new plan on any day after the first

Your first plan is free. On later days, dumping and building the day at once is Pro; without Pro you add things one by one into today's open gaps.
Questions people ask
Does it work if I don't use a calendar?
Yes. Brizemi plans inside the day hours you set in Settings; you can add your calendar later if you like.
How much room does it leave?
Usual is picked to start with: the day is 70% full at most, and an hour of work gets 30 extra minutes. You can pick Less or More for today or for every day.
Is planning every day paid?
Your first plan is free. On later days, building the day at once is Pro. Without Pro you still add things one by one, and Brizemi fits each into an open gap today.
