How to use it

  1. 1

Copy the dump, or rewrite it with your own things.

  2. 2

Open Dump in Brizemi and paste; the things become cards. Sort them into Must, Could and Park.

  3. 3

Brizemi builds the day around your calendar, with breathing room in between. When the day slips, tap Rescue.

Tips for this day

  • Sort chores as Could; Brizemi puts them in the gaps between work blocks, so they don't push the work around.
  • Mark the report as Tiring so it lands in the morning. With Don't miss (Pro), an alarm rings at its start time even in Silent mode; it's for Must things, up to three a day.
  • When work is done, tap Close the day: you see what got done, and the rest waits in Parked. At home, that makes the end of the workday clearer.
  • If the day slips, tap Rescue and choose Lighter day (called Lighter afternoon after noon); chores get parked, and the report and the call stay put.

Why this day is built this way

The hard part of working from home is that the edges blur: the laundry comes to mind, five minutes in the kitchen turns into half an hour, and in the evening work never quite feels finished. This day puts work and home in the same plan, but in different places. Work blocks sit in the morning, when attention is freshest, and chores slot in between as Could.

Lunch is in the plan as a routine, so it doesn't get skipped and there's time to breathe before the afternoon call. The day ends at 6 with a fifteen-minute close, to make the end of work clear at home. Things that can wait, like the fridge, stay in Parked, and they'll still be there at the weekend.

If you have this day often

If this is a day you have often: when it goes well, tap "Save this day as a template" in Close the day, and next time it sets up in one tap (Day templates, Pro).

How to make a realistic daily plan that survives the day

Questions people ask

Chores keep creeping into work at home. What helps?

Put them in the plan, but as Could. That gives them a place, so they stop interrupting every time they cross your mind. Whatever doesn't fit waits in Parked.

How do I actually end the workday at home?

Say your finish time in your dump and keep the last fifteen minutes for looking at tomorrow. Then tap Close the day; what's left waits in Parked, and you pick it up from there tomorrow.

When the day slips, rescue it in one tap

Brizemi turns what's on your mind into a realistic day and rebuilds the rest when the day falls apart. Rescue is always free.
