Payment, cancelling and refunds
How much is Brizemi Pro, and when am I charged?
Pro comes in three options: Yearly, Monthly and a one-time Lifetime. There's no free trial; the App Store or Google Play charges you when you confirm. Prices vary by country. Details
How do I cancel my subscription?
Apple or Google Play manages your subscription, so you cancel it there. In Brizemi, Settings → Brizemi Pro → Manage subscription takes you straight to that page. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for. Details
How do I get a refund?
Apple and Google Play take the payments, so they handle refunds too. Ask at reportaproblem.apple.com on iPhone or in your Google Play order history on Android; Request a refund in Brizemi takes you there. Details
How do I get Pro back on a new phone?
Pro belongs to the Apple Account or Google account you bought it with. With that account, tap Restore purchases in Brizemi; I've used Brizemi before on the first screen does the same. Details
What is Pro Lifetime?
Pro Lifetime is paid once and never renews. It restores with the same Apple Account or Google account. Buying it doesn't cancel a running subscription; you cancel that separately. Details
Offer codes and payment problems
Enter an offer code in Settings → Brizemi Pro → Redeem code. If a payment didn't go through, update your payment method in your Apple Account on iPhone or in Google Play on Android. Details
