Break big tasks into steps, set up daily things once
You put steps inside a big task, and Today shows only the next one. Things that happen every day or every week you set up once; they come as cards when you plan that day.
Today
Thursday 3 Dec
Steps together: 45 min
An example from the app's screen.
How it works
- 1
On Today, tap the block's row and use Add a step under the First step field to write your steps.
- 2
When you finish a step, tap the circle next to it; Today shows the next one.
- 3
For something that happens every day, tap the Doesn't repeat chip in its details and pick Every day, Weekdays or Once a week.
What it does
- Holds up to 12 steps in a task, and Today's row always shows the next one.
- Adds up the lengths if you give steps one, and can make the block that long.
- Brings each repeat as an ordinary card when you plan that day.
- Offers a ready Morning routine (7:00) and Evening routine (22:00), 30 minutes each, with timed steps.
What it doesn't do
- Count your steps or finish the task by itself; Done is still your tap.
- Pile up a repeat you skipped, or delete the rule.
- Show steps in widgets or notifications.
A big task is hard to start while it sits there in one piece: "prepare the talk" is vague, "gather the notes" isn't. Steps shrink the task to its first small move, and Brizemi only tells you the next one; it never counts how many are left. Repeats keep the same calm: something that happens every day doesn't pile up in the background, it comes as a single card next to the others when you plan that day.

Questions people ask
Are steps paid?
No. Adding, reordering, timing and ticking steps is free. Only getting suggestions with Split into steps is Pro.
What if I skip a repeat?
The rule stays and nothing piles up. If that day's card waits in Parked, the next one takes its place.
Can I set a repeat while dumping?
If you say "every morning", "weekdays" or "every Tuesday", the card comes with the repeat chip set; you can change it. Setting up a new repeat is Pro.
