Save a day you liked and set it up again in one tap
When you close a day that went well, you save it as a template. Later, on an empty day, you tap Set up from a template and the tasks fall into place in order around that day's calendar.

How it works

On a day that went well, open Close the day and tap Save this day as a template; keep the suggested name or type your own, then tap Save.

On an empty Today, or on a later day without a plan in This week, tap Set up from a template; with several, pick one.

Check the draft and tap Looks good. To change something first, tap Back to cards.
What it does
- Keeps the day's tasks in order: title, length, start time, whether the time was fixed, category, must-do and place.
- Keeps things with a fixed time at that time, and places the rest in order around that day's calendar and anything already planned.
- Leaves what doesn't fit waiting in Parked.
- Holds up to 12 templates with up to 30 things each; templates stay on your phone.
What it doesn't do
- Save calendar events or tea or prayer times; those come from the day you set up.
- Change days you already set up when you delete a template.
- Let you rename a template later; you save it again under a new name.
Some days just flow: things in the right order, at the right length, with room to breathe in between. Rebuilding that every week is tiring, and usually something gets left out. A day template keeps the order of that day, not its calendar. Every day has different meetings, so the template looks at the calendar of the day you set up and places the tasks in the gaps. What doesn't fit isn't lost; it waits in Parked. You don't copy a good day; you fit it to the new one.

Questions people ask
Does a template copy my calendar events too?
No. A template keeps only your tasks. Events and fixed breaks come from the calendar of the day you set up, and the tasks are placed between them.
How many templates can I keep?
Up to 12, with up to 30 things each. Saving a 13th removes the oldest. Names can be up to 40 characters.
Where do I manage my templates?
In Settings → Routines & repeats → Day templates, tap one: Set up today, Set up tomorrow or Delete.
