Steps
iPhone
- On Today, tap the gear at the top right to open Settings, then tap Look & language.
- Under Language, pick System, Türkçe, English, Deutsch or Français. The screen changes right away.
- To talk out a dump in another language, switch the app to that language; Brizemi then listens in it.
Android
- On Today, tap the gear at the top right to open Settings, then tap Look & language.
- Under Language, pick System, Türkçe, English, Deutsch or Français. This row is there on Android 13 and later.
- On Android 12 and earlier, Brizemi uses the phone's language; change it in the phone's settings.
- To talk out a dump in another language, switch the app to that language; Brizemi then listens in it.
With System, Brizemi follows your phone's language. If the phone uses a language other than these four, Brizemi opens in English. On Android, the setting changes only the app's language; the phone keeps its own.
Speech language
- When you talk out a dump, Brizemi listens in the app's language. There's no separate speech language setting.
- When you type a dump, Brizemi works out which of the four languages you wrote in and makes the cards in it.
- Your speech is turned into text on the phone. The first time you talk in a language, the phone may download its voice model once; you can type in the meantime.
- On Android, talking needs Android 12 or later and on-device speech recognition for that language.
