What's the difference between Simple and Detailed?

Short answer

Simple has bigger text and puts talking first; Detailed shows more detail for packed calendars. The plan stays the same, only the look changes, and both are free.

Steps

  1. On Today, tap the gear at the top right to open Settings.
  2. Tap Look & language.
  3. Under Look, pick Simple or Detailed. Today changes right away.
  4. On the same page you can turn Read aloud on or off.

Simple

  • Bigger text and taller rows; the time column shows only the start time.
  • The bottom bar stacks the Add and Rescue buttons, full width.
  • Read aloud starts on: the speaker button at the top reads the day's sentence and what's next out loud.
  • The breathing room row sits at the end of the list.

Detailed

  • A tighter list for packed calendars; each start time has the length under it.
  • The Add and Rescue buttons sit side by side.

The plan, the cards and Rescue are the same in both looks, and switching never moves anything. Both are always free.

How do I set my day shape?

Day shape is the frame your plan is built in: your day hours, your breathing room, the hours your energy is highest and any fixed breaks. You change it all on the Day & plan page in Settings.

How do I choose the app and speech language?
