How it works

Open Brizemi and start; it never asks for an account, an e-mail or a password.

If you like, don't allow the microphone and type what's on your mind; everything else works the same.

In Settings → Backup & data, save a backup to Files; to delete everything, tap Delete all data.
What it does
- Keeps your tasks, plans, Parked things, notes and settings on your phone, in Brizemi's own space.
- Turns your speech into text on the phone, with the phone's own speech recognition; audio is never written to a file or sent anywhere.
- Reads your calendar on the phone; event titles never leave it.
- Backs up on the first open of each day and keeps the last 7 on your phone; you save the one you want to a file.
What it doesn't do
- Make you create an account, or keep a record of you on a server of ours.
- Use analytics or crash-reporting SDKs, ads or tracking.
- Sync: your data doesn't move to another device by itself; you take it to a new phone with a backup.
- Bring your data back if it's lost, because it isn't with us; saving a backup to a file is up to you.
What you tell a planner is often what you tell no one else: the things you're behind on, the things you forgot, the things on your mind. None of that needs an account, a server or an analytics tool. Everything Brizemi does happens on the phone: your voice becomes text there, cards are made there, the plan is built there. There's a cost to this, and we say it plainly: because your data isn't with us, we can't bring it back if it's lost. That's why a backup is made every day on its own, and you can save any backup to a file of your own.

Questions people ask
Is my voice recorded?
No. Your speech is turned into text on the phone; audio is never written to a file or sent anywhere. On iPhone, the text of a brain dump is deleted once you accept the plan, or after 24 hours at most.
What happens to my data if I change phones?
With no account and no sync, your data doesn't move by itself. It moves with your phone's own backup or with a Brizemi backup file: save a backup to Files in Settings → Backup & data, then tap Restore from a file on the new phone.
Do you get my details when I buy Pro?
No. Apple or Google handles the purchase; we only see on the phone which plan is active. Nothing reaches us unless you choose to e-mail us.
