A groceries and meal prep day
For anyone cooking the week's meals in one go: the list comes first, the shopping goes in the morning, the cooking in the afternoon, and the visitor's time stays put.
Sunday, cooking for the week. Check the fridge and the cupboards first, write the shopping list. Market for veg and fruit, an hour. Supermarket for lentils, rice and yoghurt. A big pot of lentil soup and a tray of roast chicken, two hours. Chop veg for the week's salads and rice dishes. My sister's coming round at 12 for a coffee. Do the washing up after. Label the containers. Freeze half the bread if there's time.
Paste it into Dump in Brizemi, or say it in your own words. Change the times and things to fit you.

Tips for this day
- Put the shopping list inside the card as Steps, and tick items off as you go round the market and the supermarket.
- Write the recipe, or how many portions you want, in the cooking card's Note; it's right there when you open your phone in the kitchen.
- If the market takes longer, tap Rescue: your sister's visit stays where it is, and the cooking and chopping move to fit.
- If you shop on the same day every week, you can add the market run as a repeat (Pro).
Why this day is built this way
A meal prep day is really three jobs: working out what you need, buying it and cooking it. When the order gets mixed up, the day stretches: you start cooking, something is missing, and you're back at the shop. This day puts the list first, groups the shopping in the morning and only starts the cooking once everything is home.
Your sister's visit has a fixed time, with enough room before it to get home and put the bags away. The two hours of cooking are the longest block of the afternoon, and the chopping follows. Labelling containers and freezing bread didn't fit today; they wait in Parked for a five-minute gap this evening or later in the week.
If you have this day often
If this is a day you have often: when it goes well, tap "Save this day as a template" in Close the day, and next time it sets up in one tap (Day templates, Pro).

Questions people ask
Does Brizemi suggest recipes or menus?
No. Brizemi doesn't tell you what to cook; it fits the things you wrote into your day. You can keep recipes in the cards' Notes.
What if there's no market near me?
Change the dump to "supermarket, an hour". Brizemi makes one shopping card and the rest stays in the same order.
