A day in moving week
For anyone moving in a few days: the heavy packing goes in the morning, small jobs like utilities and calls fit in between, and what doesn't fit moves to tomorrow.
We move on Saturday, today's Wednesday. Pack the kitchen, two hours. Call with the removal company at 11:30 to confirm the time. Set up electricity, gas and broadband at the new place. Update my address with the bank and the council. Buy packing tape and bubble wrap, I'll run out this afternoon. Pack the books, an hour and a half. Ask the landlord about handing back the keys. Sort out old things for the charity shop. Take down the curtains if there's time.
Paste it into Dump in Brizemi, or say it in your own words. Change the times and things to fit you.

Open Dump in Brizemi and paste; the things become cards. Sort them into Must, Could and Park.

Brizemi builds the day around your calendar, with breathing room in between. When the day slips, tap Rescue.
Tips for this day
- Add Steps inside the utilities card: "electricity, gas, broadband". If one line is busy, move on to the next; the card shows which one is left.
- Give the packing cards Saturday as their due date; Brizemi makes room for them in the days before the move.
- To see the whole week at once, spread the packing across the days in This week (Pro).
- Mark the kitchen as Tiring; Brizemi puts the heaviest packing in the morning, when your energy is highest.
Why this day is built this way
The biggest trap in moving week is thinking each day is longer than it is: "today I'll do the kitchen, the books and the wardrobe." This day gives the two big packing jobs, the kitchen and the books, half a day each, and fits the small jobs between them. Utilities and the change of address are short but can't wait, so they sit in Must.
The call with the removal company has a fixed time, with breathing room on both sides, because calls like that run long. The tape is bought just before the afternoon packing. The charity shop pile and the curtains didn't fit today; they wait in Parked. There are three more days until Saturday, and each morning the plan is rebuilt from what's left.
If you have this day often
If this is a day you have often: when it goes well, tap "Save this day as a template" in Close the day, and next time it sets up in one tap (Day templates, Pro).

Questions people ask
Can I use it on moving day itself?
Yes. Say when the removal van arrives in your dump and Brizemi keeps that time fixed. Keep that day's dump short: keys, meter readings, the last boxes.
I never get everything done in a day. Is that normal?
In moving week, everything takes longer than you expect. What doesn't fit waits in Parked, and it's still there when you do your dump the next morning.
