A day built around your calendar, never moving it
Brizemi reads the calendars on your phone and fits your tasks into the gaps between meetings. Your events stay where they are; if you like, your plan is also written to a separate Brizemi calendar.

How it works
- 1
In Settings, open Calendar & Reminders (Calendars on Android), tap Connect calendar and allow access.
- 2
If your Google or Outlook calendar isn't listed, add the account in your phone's settings, then tap I added it, look again.
- 3
Turn off any calendar you don't want counted. If you like, turn on Write my plan to a calendar.
What it does
- Reads the calendars on your phone; Google and Outlook come along once they're added to the phone.
- Doesn't take time for events marked as free, cancelled or declined, or for all-day events.
- With Pro, copies your planned tasks into a separate calendar named Brizemi, from today to a week ahead: only titles and times, shown as free.
- On iPhone with Pro, turns reminders into cards or puts them in Parked, and brings anything added to a Reminders list called Brizemi into Parked.
What it doesn't do
- Move or change the events on your calendar.
- Sign in to your accounts or see your passwords; event titles never leave your phone.
- Read its own Brizemi calendar back, so its blocks never count as meetings.
- Offer Bring from Reminders or the Brizemi list on Android, which has no Reminders app.
A day plan that can't see your meetings stays on paper. So Brizemi looks at your calendar first and puts your tasks only where you're really free. But your calendar is yours; Brizemi never moves, shortens or deletes an event there. If you want to see your plan in your calendar, your tasks go into a separate Brizemi calendar, shown as free so they don't make you look busy. On iPhone, things that land in Reminders come into Parked the same way, so what's on your mind ends up in one place.

Questions people ask
Does Brizemi change my calendar?
No. Your events never move. If you turn on Write my plan to a calendar, Brizemi writes only to a separate calendar named Brizemi. Remove deletes that calendar and its entries; your plan in Brizemi stays as it is.
My Google or Outlook calendar isn't showing. What do I do?
Brizemi reads the accounts added to your phone. Add the account in your phone's settings (Apps → Calendar → Calendar Accounts on iPhone, Passwords & accounts on Android), then tap I added it, look again in Brizemi.
Is my calendar sent anywhere?
No. Brizemi reads your calendar on the phone, and event titles never leave it. With Write my plan to a calendar on, iPhone makes the Brizemi calendar in the account your new events go to; if that account syncs, the titles appear on your other devices too. On Android it stays on the phone.
