The difference in short

In Structured, you build the day on a timeline: you add tasks, give them a time and a length, and drag them where they fit. Your calendar events can sit on the same timeline once you import your calendar (Pro). When tasks go undone, Replan (Pro, on Apple devices) takes you through the unfinished ones from past days, one at a time, and you decide for each: reschedule it, send it to the inbox, check it off or delete it. Structured AI (Pro) can also help plan your day.

Brizemi starts from the other end. First comes the day: your meetings, the school run, the commute. What you say or type turns into cards. You sort them into Must, Could and Park, and Brizemi places what fits into the open time, with breathing room in between. What doesn't fit waits in Parked. When the day slips, you tap Rescue and pick one of three ways: Keep the essentials, Lighter day or Move it to tomorrow. How to start if you come from Structured

There is no automatic transfer from Structured. Brizemi doesn't connect to Structured or sign in to an account. Here is what works:

1. Don't move everything. Pick what matters for the next few days. The rest can stay in Structured for a while.
2. Your calendar comes by itself. Brizemi reads the calendars on your phone, so your meetings are already in the plan.
3. Say or type it during setup. The first brain dump and your first planned day are free. Say the things you picked, or type or paste them one per line. Brizemi makes up to 15 cards from one dump and builds your first day; what doesn't fit waits in Parked.
4. Add the rest one by one. Typing things into Parked or today, one at a time, is free.
5. Share with Pro. Pick Brizemi in the Share menu to send it text from another app. Up to 15 things land in Parked per share. On iPhone you can also share screenshots of your list (up to 5 at a time); the text is read on the phone and the images aren't kept.
6. Apple Reminders on iPhone. If your things are also in Apple Reminders, "Bring from Reminders" turns them into cards (Pro).

Rescue in Brizemi: one afternoon

It's 2:00 PM, and the meeting that should have ended at 1:00 ran long. The report, the grocery run and two calls no longer fit as planned. You tap Rescue my day and pick Keep the essentials. You see the new afternoon first: the report moves to 3:00, one call waits in Parked, and the 5:30 pickup on your calendar stays where it is. You tap Rescue my day once more, and it's done. If you change your mind, Undo puts it all back. None of this needs the internet.
