A Sunday evening week reset
For anyone who doesn't want to walk into Monday unprepared: a Sunday evening that looks at the week in about an hour, without turning into a second workday.
Sunday evening, I want a quick look at the week. Client meeting tomorrow at 9, go over the slides for half an hour. Write down three goals for this week. Iron shirts, half an hour. Pack my bag for tomorrow. Call Mum. Empty the dishwasher. Sort the bookshelf if there's time.
Paste it into Dump in Brizemi, or say it in your own words. Change the times and things to fit you.

Tips for this day
- Plan tomorrow (Pro) sets up Monday on Sunday evening, around your calendar; when you open the app in the morning, the 9 o'clock meeting and the time before it are already in the plan.
- This week and Plan the week are Pro: you see the week day by day and spread things across it. Weekly goals are Pro too; keep them there and they stay in view all week.
- Without Pro it still works: say what's on your mind for the week in your dump and park what doesn't fit today. Each morning you pick from Parked and build that day; that part is free.
- To keep the evening light, put things like ironing and packing in Must and the bookshelf in Could; whatever doesn't fit waits in Parked.
Why this day is built this way
Looking at the week on Sunday evening feels good, but it easily turns into a second workday: you sit down to plan every hour of the week and the evening is gone. This evening is kept small on purpose. Half an hour for Monday's first task, twenty minutes for the week's goals, a few things around the house and one call. The rest of the time is open.
The week's goals aren't about hours; they're about what you want finished by the end of the week. The days themselves are better built on their own mornings, because Tuesday never goes the way it looked from Sunday evening. The bookshelf that didn't fit waits in Parked; if an evening opens up during the week, you can bring it in from there.
If you have this day often
If this is a day you have often: when it goes well, tap "Save this day as a template" in Close the day, and next time it sets up in one tap (Day templates, Pro).

Questions people ask
Should I plan the whole week on Sunday evening?
There's no need. Knowing Monday's first task and a few goals for the week is usually enough. Days change anyway; building each day on its own morning is more realistic.
Is weekly planning free?
No. Plan tomorrow, This week, Plan the week and Weekly goals are Pro. Today's plan, Dump, Parked and Rescue are free.
