Terms of Use

On iPhone, Brizemi is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "EULA"): apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula
On iPhone I don't add terms of my own. The notes below explain, in plain words, how purchases work. They don't replace the EULA or your rights under the law.
Brizemi Pro
- Pro Yearly and Pro Monthly renew automatically. If the price changes, Apple tells you in advance and asks for your consent where required.
- Payment: it is charged to your Apple Account when you buy. There is no free trial.
- Cancelling: to stop the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before renewal: Settings app → your name → Subscriptions. Pro stays on until the end of the period you've paid for.
- Pro Lifetime is a one-time purchase, valid for as long as Brizemi is offered on the App Store. It never renews, and you can restore it on the same Apple Account.
- Refunds: Apple handles them, at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Free features: Rescue, Undo, Today, Park, adding things one at a time, widgets, What you got done and Close the day.
On Android
On Android, Brizemi is licensed to you for your own personal use under these terms and the Google Play Terms of Service. Please don't copy, resell or reverse-engineer it, except where the law allows. Brizemi is provided as it is; as far as the law allows, I'm not liable for indirect losses from using it. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer.
- Payment: Pro is charged to your Google Account when you buy. There is no free trial.
- Pro Yearly and Pro Monthly renew automatically until you cancel. If the price changes, Google tells you in advance and asks for your consent where required.
- Cancelling: Play Store app → your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Brizemi. Pro stays on until the end of the period you've paid for.
- Pro Lifetime is a one-time purchase, valid for as long as Brizemi is offered on Google Play. It never renews and comes back on any phone signed in to the same Google Account.
- Refunds: Google Play handles them; see Google Play's refund policy.

Your content
What you put into Brizemi is yours and stays on your phone. There is no account or cloud copy. Your phone's backups are the only way to keep it if you lose or replace your phone.
